I did some more drawing today.
I’m looking where Heaven is going as far as looks.
I still haven’t gotten Ana right, though.
I’m working on my cartoony style. Still struggling.
I spent so long trying to get lifelike down (not that I was any good at it, mind you) that I am struggling trying to forget it all.
Also, dreads are hard to draw. (Ana)
Mohawks are easier, though. (Heaven)
I have a few panel ideas. But right now I am just working on the drawing part.
Also also, I don’t really like the title.

I am not attempting to draw Heaven or myself in exact likeness.
I am going for similarities between us and the characters, but they are different people. I am creating other universe Heaven and myself.
So, Heaven, if that means that you want other universe Heaven to have a Mohawk, I shall make it so. If you want her to have a flaming skull tattooed on her butt, it shall be. Let me know, lady.

I’m trying to get the cartoony style down. I’m still not very good at it yet. But I enjoy how Heaven’s silly face turned out. =D
Also, apparently my scanner cut off part of it. She is holding a baking sheet with cookies.the details are in pencil, so they didn’t scan in very well. Lesson learned.

I’ve just been trying to figure out my shit.
I’ve been busy with some big projects for my classes, and the whole self discovery bologna. You know.
I just can’t catch a break.
Today in Writing class, while my professor was lecturing about Plagiarism, I doodled a cute idea of Anna. Dreadlocks, rollerskates, and a summer dress with Pineapples on it. I’ll finish up both sketches, color ‘em in, and upload them soon.
I’m getting pretty excited.
I’m still trying to decide on where to start the story though. Should it be a series of weekly comics with an over-arking story and a punchline at the end of each panel? Do I want a narrative serious story, or a silly thing? What do you guys think?

I’ve been wanting to do a webcomic, and Heaven helped me find some inspiration.
The title is a work in progress, as is the whole thing for that matter. I will upload concept art once I actually have some finished. So, there’s that. (See the screen shot of our facebook conversation for a vague idea.)
